Can I use LumaSwift shipping in Europe?
No. RouteSense labels are United States only — Luma cannot buy EU shipping labels. Warehouse / WMS fulfillment through Luma is still available. For EU warehouse pick/pack, connect Picqer or Ongoing.
Does tracking go back to the original store?
Yes. Forbinde routes tracking and fulfillment details back to the storefront that created the order.
